ESG Sustainable Development Team

- Corporate Governance Group-Responsible for compliance with corporate governance laws and regulations, establishing reasonable compensation policies and employee performance evaluation systems, conducting training, adhering to human rights-related laws and international standards, and maintaining stakeholder communication mechanisms to achieve the goals of corporate sustainability.
- Sustainable Environment Group-Responsible for environmental management systems, compliance with environmental laws and international standards, assessing sustainability transitions, improving resource utilization, implementing climate change response mechanisms, and establishing dedicated environmental management units or personnel to achieve environmental sustainability goals. At the same time, promote community development and cultural development to achieve sustainable operations.
- Sustainability Information Disclosure Group-Responsible for sustainability information management policies, compliance with relevant laws and international standards for sustainability information disclosure, and ensuring full disclosure of relevant and reliable sustainability information to enhance transparency.
Cross-departmental group executes the tasks as listed above, consolidate implementation plans or other sustainability-related matters, and report execution results to the sustainability group or the committee.
As of December 31, 2025, the committee held one meeting, during which it discussed the Corporate Governance Evaluation Indicators. Adjustments were made to ensure that executed items—such as information security and stakeholder communication frequency—meet the disclosure requirements of each indicator. It was also resolved to begin comprehensive waste statistics collection to establish sustainability management.
Operational status
The Sustainable Development Team holds regular meetings led by the Chairperson, with each subcommittee reporting on key topics and performance. At the start of each year, data is compiled by subcommittee conveners and consolidated by the Executive Secretary into the sustainability report. Starting in 2025, the report must be completed by August and published on the company website. Reporting follows GRI Standards, focusing on environmental protection, carbon reduction, employee well-being, and public welfare.
