Whistleblowing Policy

 
To foster a culture of integrity and transparency, Ancang Construction has implemented a whistleblowing policy aligned with its Code of Integrity. This policy provides a lawful and effective channel for reporting violations and encourages internal and external stakeholders to support oversight and protect shareholder interests.

 

 

Scope of Reports

Ancang Construction accepts whistleblower reports concerning the following:

  • Criminal acts: Acts punishable under the laws of the Republic of China.
  • Fraudulent acts: Fraudulent acts that violate the Company's Code of Integrity.
  • Violations of laws and regulations: Violations of laws and regulations promulgated or issued by the government.
  • Workplace violations: Any form of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, or other forms of harassment.

To ensure independence and impartiality, Ancang has designated reporting units based on the whistleblowing subject:

Information Required for Filing a Complaint and Important Notes

To ensure effective handling, whistleblowers must provide:

  • Their valid contact information
  • Specific details of the complaint
  • Verifiable supporting evidence

We may decline to process complaints that:

  • Lack real-name identification or specific, verifiable details
  • Are clearly false information, or unsupported by evidence
  • Repeatedly report resolved matters

 

 

Whistleblower Protection and Rewards

  • Confidentiality: Ancang Construction strictly protects the identity and information of whistleblowers and will not disclose any identifying details.
  • Protection: Whistleblowers are safeguarded against dismissal, demotion, salary reduction, or any form of retaliation.
  • Exceptions: If a report is found to be false and malicious, protections do not apply, and disciplinary or legal action may be taken.
