Ancang enforces its "Personal Data Protection Management Regulations" to safeguard all personal data collected, processed, and used internally or through outsourced services, including paper documents, electronic files, and system data. If an individual wishes to exercise their rights to access, obtain copies, supplement, correct, suspend the collection, processing, or use, or delete their personal data, they should proactively apply to the Human Resources Department. In the event of a breach, all departments must promptly notify the information unit and follow established response procedures.
