Materiality Analysis

▌ Stakeholder Identification

Based on GRI Standards, AA1000SES, and industry experience, our Sustainable Development Team has identified eight key stakeholder groups: employees, banks, shareholders/investors, property owners, government/regulators, suppliers/contractors, communities/non-profits, and industry-academia experts. These groups guide our sustainability communication and reporting efforts.

▌ Materiality Assessment

We identified 21 sustainability issues through GRI and industry analysis, and surveyed 126 stakeholders to assess their concerns. Additionally, 11 senior ESG team members evaluated the impact of these issues on operations. These insights guide the company’s sustainability priorities and reporting.
