Ancang Human Rights Policy
Ancang supports and adheres to international human rights frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions. We are committed to non-discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, political affiliation, marital status, disability, or other personal characteristics, ensuring equal opportunity and fair treatment for all.
In line with Ancang’s Human Rights Policy and internal regulations, multiple communication channels—including a complaint mailbox, dedicated hotline, and email—are available for employees and job applicants to express concerns or file complaints verbally or in writing. All cases are handled by a designated unit through formal procedures and a confidential, non-public process to ensure fairness, impartiality, and privacy.
Ancang has established the Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention, Complaint Handling, and Disciplinary Regulations, supported by a dedicated hotline and email for reporting incidents. Upon receipt of a complaint, a handling unit—comprising at least 50% female members—will be promptly formed to initiate an investigation. All cases must be resolved within two months from the day following the complaint submission. If the allegations are substantiated, disciplinary actions will be taken in accordance with the Work Rules and Employee Reward and Punishment Regulations.
In accordance with the Prevention Plan for Unlawful Acts Against Employees Performing Their Duties, Ancang enforces workplace violence prevention measures to safeguard employees from physical or psychological harm in any means while working, regardless on-site or off-site. Employees may report incidents of physical, psychological, verbal, or sexual harassment to the Human Resources Department or via the complaint hotline. All reports will be investigated confidentially, and if substantiated, disciplinary actions will be taken in accordance with company regulations.
Ancang committed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with its Occupational Safety and Health Policy. It implements hazard prevention and health promotion measures, and has established mechanisms for occupational accident prevention, emergency response, and return-to-work support to minimize risks to employees.
Human rights education is a mandatory component of both new employee training and the AnCang E-Academy digital learning platform. Course content is regularly updated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including essential topics such as sexual harassment prevention, workplace violence prevention, workplace bullying, stalking harassment, and occupational safety and health. These programs aim to strengthen employees’ awareness and practical competencies in human rights protection.
