    Employment of Persons with Disabilities

    In compliance with the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act, Ancang employed five individuals with disabilities in 2025. We provide legally compliant labor conditions and a supportive work environment to help them leverage their strengths and maintain stable employment.

    Ethnic Diversity and Inclusion

    Believing in the value of diverse cultural perspectives, Ancang has hired six Indigenous employees and four overseas Chinese employees. Respect their unique culture and traditional customs, and ensure equal protection of their labor rights, moving toward the goal of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
    To meet workforce demands across projects, Ancang lawfully employed 137 migrant workers from diverse cultural backgrounds. To foster a sense of belonging and cultural connection, each site periodically organizes care activities. We are committed to cultivating an inclusive and supportive work environment where all employees can thrive and grow together.

Promote gender equality


  • Ancang complies with the Gender Equality in Employment Act and is committed to eliminating gender disparities in the workplace. As of June 2025, the company employs 140 male and 85 female Taiwanese employees, totaling 225 employees, with a male-to-female ratio of approximately 1.6:1.

     

    Recognizing the gender imbalance in the construction industry, Ancang actively implementing measures to attract more female professionals. Through family-friendly policies such as maternity leave and childcare subsidies, and by ensuring fairness in compensation and promotion. We aim to gradually achieve a more balanced gender structure. Our goal is to provide equal opportunities for development and advancement to talented individuals of all genders.
