Employee Welfare Programs
In addition to providing statutory labor insurance, national health insurance, and retirement benefits, Ancang offer a comprehensive range of welfare programs to support employee well-being:
- Bonuses and Gifts: Year-end bonuses and gifts for major holidays. The Employee Welfare Committee also provides birthday gifts and subsidies for marriage, childbirth, hospitalization, and funerals.
- Insurance Coverage: Group insurance plans include life, occupational accident, hospitalization, and cancer insurance, offering enhanced protection.
- Health Care: Regular health checkups and health promotion activities are conducted to safeguard employees’ physical and mental well-being.
- Learning and Development: A robust training system is in place, encouraging internal and external courses to subsidies career growth.
- Recreation and Activities: Ancang organizes employee trips, club events, year-end parties, birthday celebrations, and participation in external sports activities to promote work-life balance.
- Retirement Planning: Employees may join the Employee Savings Association’s Welfare Trust. Participants receive additional annual incentives, encouraging proactive retirement planning.
Retirement System
Ancang has established a comprehensive retirement system in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Retirement Pension Act. For employees covered under the Labor Standards Act, the company has formed a Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Supervisory Committee, contributing 2% of total monthly salaries to a dedicated account at the Bank of Taiwan. Annual assessments are conducted to ensure fund adequacy and compliance with legal requirements.
For employees under the Labor Retirement Pension Act, Ancang contributes no less than 6% of monthly wages to individual pension accounts managed by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. Through a sound framework and rigorous implementation, Ancang ensures the long-term financial security of its employees after retirement.
