Three-level Quality Control System
Our quality management adopts a three-level mechanism to ensure effective performance.
This system consists of a three-level organizational structure:
- Level 3 (Audit/Supervision) – Conducted by our Audit and Supervision Division.
- Level 2 (On-Site Supervision) – Managed by the Civil and MEP Divisions through walk-around inspections.
- Level 1 (Self-Check) – Carried out by project-level engineers with autonomous inspections.

Conducted by quality personnel and engineers through self-inspection in accordance with internal training policies, ensuring quality control is carried out on-site.
▲Site Manager’s Inspection
Site and electromechanical supervisors implement upper-level policies, propose training guidelines, and manage quality proactively through walk-through inspections.
▲M&E Division Walk-Around Management
The Occupational Safety Center, Quality Control Center, and dedicated engineering personnel (Chief Engineer) are responsible for formulating and auditing the implementation of company policies.
▲Chairman’s Site Inspection
▲General Manager’s Site Inspection
▲Headquarters Audit
▲Dedicated Engineering Personnel Inspection
QUALITY MANAGEMENT WORKFLOW
Every QC action is implemented rigorously, with regular analysis and timely corrections. Feedback is incorporated into plans for continual improvement, ensuring engineering quality aligns with regulatory standards in a virtuous cycle.
