QUALITY CONTROL

Three-level Quality Control System

 

Our quality management adopts a three-level mechanism to ensure effective performance.
This system consists of a three-level organizational structure:

  • Level 3 (Audit/Supervision) – Conducted by our Audit and Supervision Division.
  • Level 2 (On-Site Supervision) – Managed by the Civil and MEP Divisions through walk-around inspections.
  • Level 1 (Self-Check) – Carried out by project-level engineers with autonomous inspections.
